Our sourdough focaccia is handcrafted in small batches using simple, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. Each loaf begins with my organic wild sourdough starter — a culture I started three years ago that’s now strong, lively, and full of flavor.
The dough is made with organic flour sourced locally from Breadtopia, a small Iowa company known for high-quality grains and ingredients for traditional bread baking. Slow fermentation develops deep flavor while creating a soft, airy interior with beautifully crisp edges.
Baked until golden and finished with organic flavorful toppings and organic olive oil, each loaf is rustic, savory, and incredibly satisfying.
Made with traditional sourdough methods and high-quality ingredients, this focaccia is simple, nourishing, and perfect for sharing.

For best quality, enjoy within 5 days of craft date or freeze for later. If freezing, store in a tightly sealed freezer-safe bag to maintain freshness. Warm at 350°F for 5–7 minutes to bring back that fresh-baked flavor.

Orders must be placed by Sunday at 8:00 AM Central Time. All orders placed after this cut off will be added to the next weeks order. After placing your order, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
Orders are available for pickup on Tuesdays between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Pick up location will be in the email.
