Shipping & Returns
All orders are handmade, packed with care, and typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Processing Time
We currently ship across the continental U.S. (sorry, we’re not able to ship to Hawaii or Alaska just yet!)
Orders under $100: flat-rate shipping of $9.99
Orders $100 and over: Free Shipping
We use USPS and UPS depending on order size and location. Kind Earth Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered - though we’ll always do our best to help you track them down.
Shipping Rates
If you’re local to Southeast Iowa, you can select local pickup at checkout to save on shipping. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
Local Pickup
Because our products are made in small batches and often for personal use (such as salves, granola, and tallow), we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email Kayla.kindearthco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll make it right through a replacement or store credit.
